SUNBURY, Pa. -- Weis Markets has introduced its Weis-Sheetz gasoline rewards program in Lancaster County, Pa. The program allows Weis Club members to earn rewards on their grocery purchases and then redeem for gasoline discounts at Sheetz locations.
To redeem their gasoline rewards at Sheetz, Weis Club customers and new signups must pick up a new Weis Preferred Shoppers Club card, which are available at any Weis Markets' store.
"Our expanded gas rewards program offers the best of both worlds including great rewards and numerous locations throughout Central Pennsylvania," [image-nocss] said Dennis Curtin, Weis Markets' spokesperson. "In Lancaster County, our Weis Club members can earn their gas rewards at 14 Weis stores and redeem them for gas discounts at 14 Sheetz locations. Our program is also good in Harrisburg and York."
With a $50 purchase, during a Gas Rewards promotional period, Weis Club customers can earn a 10-cents-per-gallon discount when purchasing up to 20 gallons of gasoline. If a Weis Club customer spends $100 during one transaction, the customer qualifies for a 20-cents-per-gallon discount while a $200 purchase earns a 40-cents-per-gallon discount.
Customers can accumulate their gasoline rewards from multiple shopping trips during Gas Reward promotional periods. There is no discount limit, the company said. Minimum qualifying purchase is $50 per transaction, and it does not aggregate for smaller purchase amounts.
The Weis Gas Rewards discount will continue to be available at all locally owned Weis Gas stations. In addition to Shippensburg and Chambersburg, the Weis-Sheetz Gas Rewards program is available in Sunbury, Selinsgrove, Lewisburg, Mifflinburg, Milton, Harrisburg and State College as well as stores in Hagerstown and Frederick, Md.
