7 Hain Celestial Brands to Unveil New Snacks Products
By Abbey Lewis on Mar. 10, 2017LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. -- Natural-product trends are influencing convenience-store sets across all categories. And natural mega-brand Hain Celestial Group sees that opportunity. It unveiled more than 75 new products across all categories in the c-store on March 10 at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, Calif. Seven of those brands are releasing new natural snacks products designed to occupy some space in those growing natural c-store sets.
"It's an exciting time in our industry," said Irwin D. Simon, founder, president and CEO of Hain Celestial, Lake Success, N.Y.
Indeed, convenience saw the highest rate of growth across channels in natural products sales—to the tune of almost 14% for the 52 weeks ending Dec. 25, 2016, according to data from SPINS, a Chicago-based provider of retail consumer insights, analytics and consulting for the natural, organic and specialty products industries.
