Cape Cod Launches New Wavy Potato Chips

Product available in three flavors

HYANNIS, Mass. -- Cape Cod Potato Chips has launched a new addition to its portfolio: Cape Cod Waves Potato Chips. The new snacks come in three flavors: Sea Salt, Reduced Fat Sea Salt and White Cheddar & Sour Cream. Now available in retailers nationwide, Cape Cod Waves Potato Chips have a suggested retail price of $3.79.

"Inspired by the waves of Cape Cod and the delicious marriage of our kettle-cooked chips and your favorite dip, new Cape Cod Waves Potato Chips are a natural addition to the Cape Cod Potato Chip family," said Laura Merritt, vice president of marketing for Cape Cod Potato Chips. "We've taken pride in our brand promise to consistently develop distinctly high-quality snacks that deliver on taste, crunch and flavor, and our new Cape Cod Waves Potato Chips are no exception."

The chips’ ingredients include potatoes, vegetable oil and sea salt, plus white cheddar cheese and sour cream for the White Cheddar & Sour Cream option. The Reduced Fat Sea Salt chips contain 40% less fat than its counterparts.

Hyannis, Mass.-based Cape Cod Potato Chips is a snacking company owned by Snyder’s-Lance.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Snyder’s-Lance manufactures and markets snack foods under the Cape Cod, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Kettle Chips, Snack Factory and Pretzel Crisps brands.
