HERSHEY, Pa. -- More than half of American parents find crating Easter baskets one of their favorite parts of the Easter season. That statistic, part of a consumer survey by the Hershey Co., suggests the importance of having the right candy available at this time of the year.
Below, an infographic illustrates the results of the survey, while Hershey also outlined its seasonal products available for the 2015 Easter season, including:
- Reese’s 12-oz. Peanut Butter Eggs – Covered in smooth milk chocolate and filled with Reese’s signature peanut butter. Now available nationwide.
- Cadbury Hollow Milk Chocolate Bunny – Complete with a purple bow and the traditional, extra-rich Cadbury chocolate. Available in a 4-oz. package.
- Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs Candy Carrot – Wrapped in a festive carrot-shaped wrapper. Available in a 3.2-oz. bag.
- Jolly Rancher Bunny Food Gummies – Although these new gummies come in pea, carrot, and tomato shapes, the candies are actually green apple, lemon, orange and cherry flavors. Available in a 9-oz. bag.
