Butter-toffee peanut available in chain's Sunshine State locations
ORLANDO, Fla. -- 7-Eleven stores in Florida will now finr Poppa D's Nuts in stock through a new partnership between the two companies. Poppa D's Nuts are an all-natural butter toffee redskin peanut that provides a mix of sweet and salty flavor.

"We've definitely seen the positive response from consumers, and our customer base is continuing to grow," said Lee Goldberg, founder and managing partner of Poppa D's Nuts. "In 2010 alone, we sold more than 30,000 bags--way above our initial expectations. That kind of response is incredible. Our latest partnership with 7-Eleven builds [image-nocss] on that momentum and expands the availability of our peanuts to a much larger audience."

By teaming up with 7-Eleven, the company is able to put bags of its peanuts in the hands and mouths of Florida consumers and tap into an extremely loyal customer base.

In addition to 7-Eleven, Poppa D's Nuts are also available in sports arenas, bars and Kwik Shop stores in Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nebraska and Ohio.
