ALLENDALE, N.J. -- Fruit snacks and confectionery maker the Promotion in Motion Cos. announced some key additions to its New Jersey workforce.
Kevin Mahoney has joined the company as director of purchasing based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Allendale, N.J. Most recently, Mahoney was with Weight Watchers International as senior manager, strategic sourcing and also held management-level purchasing functions with both Dale and Thomas Popcorn and Dunkin Brands Inc.
Jose Sepulveda has joined the company as vice president of manufacturing based at the company’s Somerset, N.J., manufacturing complex. Born and educated in Chile, Sepulveda has an extensive background in the manufacturing of starch-molded confections and is a former vice president of manufacturing for the Jelly Belly Candy Co. He has also been affiliated with Supplement Sciences, Gimbals Fine Confections and others.
Kevin Walsh has joined the organization as vice president of engineering and is based out of the Somerset manufacturing facilities, as well. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and packaging of confections, fruit snacks and chocolate and has served as the director of engineering for Farley’s and Sather’s Candy Co., where he was responsible for seven manufacturing and packaging facilities and prior to that as senior engineering manager for Nabisco Inc. and Kraft Foods.
