Vapin Plus brings quality to the growing vaporizer market

BELOIT, Wis. -- The latest buzzword in the tobacco industry could use an introduction to the masses.

A distinctly 2000s phenomenon, the term “vape” was added to UrbanDictionary.com in 2009. It is among 21st Century buzzwords on Macmillandictionary.com, joining “grab-n-goer” and “fracking.” Technically, “vape” means to inhale water vapor into the lungs. But for retailers, it means opportunity.

“Vaporizers take the e-cigarette to a new level by allowing users to control the strength and flavor of their experience by changing the e-juice in the tank,” said Carlos Bengoa, president of CB Distributors, importer of 21st Century Smoke electronic cigarettes and Vapin Plus vaporizers. Bengoa said the technology keeps getting better with these products and that purchasing a high quality vaporizer is vital to maximizing longevity and satisfaction.

“Vaping has value and opportunity written all over it,” said Lou Maiellano of TAZ Marketing and Consulting Group, Sevierville, Tenn., noting that vaping products appeal to a broad audience, including smokers and nonsmokers, and fit the buying profile of millennials (ages 18 to 34) especially well. “It’s cost-effective, offers freedom of choice in a do-it-yourself way, and the variety of flavors, colors and equipment options allow users to create a personal experience that fits their personality and taste preferences.”

Maiellano added that the “speed of movement” among consumers is accelerating with vaping products. “Today’s technologically savvy consumers are open to trying new products, so as the products advance in functionality and features, so does the speed of acceptance,” he said.

One of the latest advancements is a vaporizer called the Vapin Plus by 21st Century Smoke Liquid Vaporizer Pen, which is about the size of a writing pen. It features a push-button activated 5-volt 650 mAh battery with a safety chip that prevents it from overcharging, automatic turn-off, and battery lock/unlock, a 2.5ml Tank Atomizer and USB charger. “Vapin Plus” lights up the bottom of the battery when in use. As an extra safety feature, the unit includes a recessed power button as well as a spring-loaded battery that ensures permanent contact with the atomizer. Additionally, all Vapin Plus Clearomisers  are sealed with gaskets instead of glue.

When it comes to getting the best value in vaping, Bengoa said buyers and retailers should look for high-quality products made in the United States in FDA-approved facilities, such as the E-juice Vapin Plus manufactures.

“The pricing for vaporizers vary widely, but it’s important to buy a quality product,” he said. “If you buy a unit with a cheap battery or equipment that is not sealed together properly, you won’t get the value in the long-run. It’s actually wiser to buy a well-made product that will maximize the vaping experience for the consumer. You want to give them an experience they will remember.”
