ECIG Launches National Ad Campaign for FIN

Supports new advanced vaping system

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Electronic Cigarettes International Group Ltd. (ECIG), marketer of e-cigarette and vapor products brands including Vapestick, FIN, Victory and VIP, has launched a national advertising campaign behind the FIN Advanced Vaping System (AVS) in the United States.

FIN AVS has expanded to more than 30,000 accounts in both the United States and Europe, the company said.

The new multi-million dollar campaign supports the national distribution that the FIN AVS, led by some of the largest pharmacy chains in the United States. The campaign, which will run throughout the year, kicked off in late December with an initial wave running throughout first-quarter 2015, and challenges smokers to try FIN as an alternative to smoking. National and regional radio comprises the bulk of the advertising effort, augmented by an extensive digital marketing and social media campaign, with public relations in support of the overall effort.

A large portion of the initial media investment is occurring in the first quarter of the year to build awareness and trial for the FIN AVS available through retailers already carrying the product and another 15,000 outlets in national convenience store chains that ECIG said it expects to begin distribution of the product in first-quarter 2015.

The FIN AVS comes with pre-filled V-tanks rather than open e-liquids. The system also comes with a universally compatible battery.

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based ECIG owns multiple subsidiary companies and has operations in North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific.
