Inter-Continental Launches Tobacco Loyalty Program

Pipe-tobacco consumers will be able to redeem points for merchandise

MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. -- Pipe-tobacco manufacturer Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. has announced a new loyalty program, which will allow customers to collect and redeem points for branded merchandise. Called the Loyalty Points Program, it seeks to reward regular customers of Inter-Continental’s OHM, Au Naturall’e and 752 Pipe Tobacco, 752 Filtered Cigars and Shargio Tubes.

“Repeat customers are the heart of our business,” said Shargio Patel, president of Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. “For that reason, we’ve developed a fun program to thank them for that loyalty.”

Point values will be located next to the UPC label on Inter-Continental products. After collecting points, customers can go to www.ictusainc.com and click the “Rewards” tab or ICT Loyalty Points Program banner to see available merchandise and learn how to redeem points. 

The Loyalty Points Program marks the start of more consumer-focused initiatives planned for ICT brands, which also includes a website redesign.
