ALTOONA, Pa. -- Sheetz Inc. will use GSP Marketing Technologies Inc.'s Shelfscape system to assist in the implementation of the retailer's store-specific cigarette merchandising plan.
GSP's Shelfscape software will import store-specific planograms for each of Sheetz's more than 300 locations and automatically generate 100% store-specific reset layouts and shelf tag sets for their cigarette backbars.
Shelfscape-generated shelf tag sets will be organized to match the layout of each cigarette backbar, simplifying backbar resets and [image-nocss] reducing risks of out-of stocks. GSP will produce labels directly from Shelfscape-generated files to reduce lead times and production costs.
GSP specializes in helping convenience store marketing professionals increase store sales by tailoring marketing programs to the specific needs of each retail location. With tools such as POPManager, a web-based point-of-purchase (POP) management tool, and POPRender, the first software application to generate 100% store-specific POP placement guides, GSP enables c-store marketers to run highly-sophisticated POP programs that remain under budget and free of store-level execution issues, it said.
