Revelation: With its purchase of King Maker Marketing last year, U.S. Tobacco Cooperative and its consumer-products division, Premier Manufacturing, Chesterfield, Mo., folded in four value-priced cigarette brands: Ace, Gold Crest, Checkers and Hi-Val.
