BOULDER, Colo. —Evo Hemp is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a limited-edition Birthday Cake Hemp Bar.

The snack bar is made with a blend of hemp seeds, cashew butter, keto white chocolate and natural sprinkles, according to the company. Each bar has 12 grams of protein, 4 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fiber per serving.

The Boulder, Colo.-based company turned 10 in April. Evo Hemp established a supply chain of U.S.-grown hemp to rebuild the country’s agricultural system. It aims to create opportunities for small family farmers while providing customers with organic, U.S.-grown hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) products like gummies, tinctures, capsules, roll-ons, hemp protein, hemp chocolate and more.

Evo Hemp worked with now Colorado Gov. Jared Polis to help secure the legislation to legalize hemp in Colorado. The company’s Co-Founder Ari Sherman also lobbied in Washington to explain the health benefits of hemp to members of Congress.

There have been many ups and downs over the years, said Evo Hemp Co-Founder Jourdan Samel. What keeps us energized is being able to continue to connect with so many people and educate them about the big benefits of this little seed, one bar at a time.”

Over the past decade, the company has sold more than 7 million Hemp Bars.

It is crazy to think back 10 years when it was just Ari and me in a 100-square-foot office making our Hemp Bars by hand, Samel said. Today, we operate a 5,000-square-foot facility, have multiple employees and have literally sold millions of Hemp Bars all across the nation.
