Jason Nordin

Jason Nordin(pictured above), former president of Family Dollar and 12-year Pilot Co. veteran, is now CEO of TravelCenters of America, a bp company. Nordin succeeds Debi Boffa, who resigned from the Westlake, Ohio-based convenience-store chain in October.

Ameet Shetty

RaceTrac, Atlanta, has namedAmeet Shetty (pictured above)as its new chief information officer. In his new role, Shetty will drive innovation and advance the company's business goals by leveraging his expertise in data, analytics and emerging technologies, the company says. Shetty brings more than 29 years of finance and technology experience, including 15 years leading enterprise technology strategies across the financial services, retail and consumer goods industries. Before joining RaceTrac, Shetty worked at Equifax and held positions with Pilot Flying J, McDonald’s, SunTrust and Fifth Third Bank.

Alison Abbey and Kelli Derway

Stewart’s Shops, Ballston Spa, New York, has promoted longtime partners and company leaders Alison Abbey (pictured left) to vice president of personnel and Kelli Derway (pictured right) to vice president of facilities. Abbey is taking over for Tony Carnevale, longtime vice president of personnel, who is retiring in early 2026, the company says. Derway is taking over as vice president of facilities from Chad Kiesow, who was promoted to president in 2025.

Refuel Operating Co. LLC has promoted Monique Ravenel to vice president of foodservice, according to a LinkedIn post. Ravenel, who has been at Refuel since 2023, previously was director of proprietary foods and QSR operations for the North Charleston, South Carolina-based company. Prior to joining Refuel, she spent nearly eight years as region restaurant leader for 7-Eleven, Irving, Texas, according to her LinkedIn profile. 

Fort Worth, Texas-based Yesway has named Robert Drake as vice president of facilities. He will report to Thomas Brown, chief real estate officer. In his new role, Drake will lead all aspects of facilities maintenance and repair operations across Yesway’s portfolio of gas stations and convenience stores, the company says. Prior to his new role, Drake was director of strategic maintenance and facilities at Murphy USA. 

Suppliers

Shep Digital Solutions, Knoxville, Tennessee, a provider of omnichannel on-premise marketing technology for the fuel and convenience retail industry, has named Elijah Wilson as junior vice president of sales. In his new role, Wilson will work to advance the company’s go-to-market strategy, strengthen and scale the sales organization and drive continued company growth.

Quick-service fried chicken brand, Chester’s Chicken, has named Kevin O’Connoras its new executive vice president, following the retirement of Bill Rice. O’Connor, who has partnered with Birmingham, Alabama-based Chester’s as a consultant since 2018, brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the culinary and franchise industries. In his new role, O’Connor will initially focus on strengthening relationships throughout the company’s network of both new and long-standing operators.

Adam King

Louisville, Kentucky-based AyrKing, a manufacturer of food preparation equipment for commercial kitchens, has added Adam King (pictured above) to its sales team as director of strategic accounts. In his new role, King will be responsible for developing new business with key strategic accounts and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

Sodexo Group CEO Thierry Delaporte has expanded his responsibilities to include direct leadership of North America. With more than 30 years of international experience, Delaporte has a proven track record of leading global organizations through transformation and driving sustained growth, notably in the United States, according to the Bethesda, Maryland-based company. Sarosh Mistry, who previously served as president, Sodexo North America, retired from the company, Dec, 31. Mistry now serves as a strategic advisor during the transition.
