Buffalo, New York-based Rich Products, manufacturers of a variety of foodservice products, has named Jaimie Lowe (pictured above) as its new executive vice president and CFO. With more than 25 years of experience at companies like Hoboken, New Jersey-based Unilever and Springdale, Arkansas-based Tyson Foods, Lowe brings deep expertise in investment management, corporate development, financial planning and digital transformation, the company said. She will oversee Rich’s financial strategy and planning, risk management, capital structure and key growth initiatives.

The Lemon Perfect Co. has named Laura-Lynn Freck as its new vice president of strategy. Freck brings over 20 years of experience driving insights and strategic planning for brands, including a decade at Red Bull and three years at Zevia. The zero-sugar lemon water brand also has named Mari Lee (pictured above) as its new chief marketing officer. Lee most recently served as senior vice president of Austin, Texas-based Nutrabolt, where she led global brand expansion of nearly 400 SKUs and helped contribute to 3,536% growth over five years for C4 Energy, the company said in a statement.
McLane Company Inc., one of the largest distributors in America for retail and restaurant brands, has promoted eight women since the beginning of 2025. They are:
- Taylor Skinner, promoted to market director in January;
- Liz White, promoted to group general manager in March;
- Cristina Bean, promoted to director of corporate HR in February;
- Allison Cunningham, promoted to litigation director in March;
- Jenny Jez, promoted to senior director of transformation and strategy in March;
- Kim Magyar, promoted to vice president and general counsel of litigation in March;
- Celeste Walls, promoted to director of customer care in April; and
- Tiffany Scott, promoted to director of brand and creative services in April.
