ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Darin Tweten has joined CHS Inc., a leading energy, grains and foods company, as part of its Retail Specialist program. This program supports its Cenex gas station and convenience store brand by successfully assisting store owners and operators improve their operation's financial performance.
The appointment was effective May 26, 2014.
Tweten brings more than 14 years of experience of high productivity, business development, market evaluation, cost control, customer relations, strategic planning, foodservice management and margin control among others, the company said. He also has extensive experience with store remodels, profit and loss analysis and cost-management consulting.
Before joining CHS, he was director of business development for Orion Food, Milwaukee.
Tweten is responsible for servicing northern Minnesota and eastern North Dakota.
