CrossAmerica Partners Welcomes New Head of Retail Operations

Lattig brings experience from Transit Energy Group, Circle K and others

Stephen Lattig is the new senior vice president of retail operations at CrossAmerica Partners. In the role, Lattig will oversee retail and marketing functions, focusing on people development, brand/marketing strategy, acquisition integration and more.

Lattig, who joined CrossAmerica Partners in March, most recently worked as president and CEO of Transit Energy Group, a convenience store and wholesale consolidator in the Southeast acquired this year by Arko Corp., dba GPM Investments, Richmond, Virginia.

Lattig has held various leadership positions throughout his 30-year career, including regional vice president of Circle K Stores Inc., where he oversaw operations of 420 company-operated stores. Prior to that, he was vice president, integration and development of CST Brands Inc.; vice president of wholesale east for CrossAmerica Partners LP; and CFO of Dunne Manning Inc.

Lattig also held several roles within Lehigh Gas Corp., including vice president of operations and real estate, director of operations, area manager of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, and territory manager of New Jersey.

Allentown, Pennsylvania-based CrossAmerica Partners is a wholesale distributor of motor fuels, convenience-store operator and owner and lessor of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels.

Formed in 2012, CrossAmerica Partners LP operates more than 250 c-stores and is a distributor of branded and unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles in the United States and distributes fuel to approximately 1,750 locations and owns or leases approximately 1,150 sites.
