FACTOR Hires Rhyne

Will serve as VP of professional services

OKLAHOMA CITY -- FACTOR, a division of W.R. Hess Co., has announced the hiring of Gary Rhyne as vice president of professional services. Prior to joining FACTOR, Rhyne was the vice president of wholesale operations for a major retail grocery software company.

Oklahoma City-based FACTOR offers a variety of software solutions and services for the petroleum and convenience store industries.

Gary has almost 30 years of experience in satisfying customers through the implementation of software solutions designed to improve their operations. [image-nocss] At FACTOR, we consider the implementation of our software as important as the solutions themselves, said CEO and President Jerry Hess.

Rhyne's extensive retail background is comprised of managing retail technology for large industry wholesalers. Most notably, Rhyne spent nearly 24 years driving retail technology solutions for Fleming Cos. Inc., a $22 billion grocery wholesaler.

FACTOR serves the petroleum marketing and convenience store automation industry, providing progressive companies with advanced accounting, c-store, retail, wholesale and fuel management systems. It offers a fully integrated system of proprietary software applications. Products include ExecuTrak, a Microsoft Windows-based backoffice retail and wholesale accounting system; StoreTrak, a c-store automation system with scanning and item management features; a suite of decision support products, including ExecuVision, an executive management reporting system, and DataTrak.
