BOSTON -- QuikTrip’s Oro Valley, Ariz., convenience store has been named the top U.S. pit stop in 2017, according to a new GasBuddy report. The mobile app compiled its Top 100 rankings by combining average c-store brand ratings in the “overall” category with the total number of ratings submitted in 2017.
Not only did QuikTrip claim the No. 1 spot, but the Tulsa, Okla.-based chain also appeared 18 times on GasBuddy’s Top 100 rankings, making it the top brand overall. Wawa and Shell followed, with 14 and seven appearances, respectively.
When divided by state, Florida had the most c-stores listed in the Top 100 with 13, followed by South Carolina (9), Texas (7), New Jersey (7) and Michigan (6).
