Low-profile gondolas and open sight lines make it obvious upon entering Arko Corp.'s new Pride convenience store that foodservice is to the left, and cold vault to the right. With full walls dedicated to each section, make a statement.

The foodservice area stands out with multiple options, incorporated roller grills and nine digital menu boards. The Chester's Chicken area offer sandwiches, tenders and sides for a meal or snack, as well as 8- to 16-piece full meals for the whole family. Meanwhile, Pride Kitchen offers burgers, quesadillas and breakfast all day, as well as hot drinks, bakery items, sandwiches and wraps. The store also includes a foodservice drive-thru window.

An open-air cooler provides easy access to packaged sandwiches, salads and other grab-and-go food options.

The coffee bar includes two bean-to-cup machines, an espresso machine and multiple creamer options. Promotions include 99-cent cups of coffee and Free Iced Coffee Fridays.

A fountain wall is brightly branded Pride Cool Cafe and offers 16 fountain heads, six Fizzy Chiller and four Frazil frozen-dispensed options.

The cold-vault wall includes 10 doors of packaged beverages.

The South Windsor site is the third travel center under the Pride banner. The lot includes expanded parking for semitrailer trucks and a separate diesel fueling island.

A second entrance provides quick access to products for professional drivers.
