Lisa Dell’Alba (pictured below), president and CEO of Square One Markets, is expected to be the 2024-25 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) chairman following the election of NACS officers at the October 2024 NACS board of directors meeting. If elected, Dell’Alba, currently NACS treasurer, would succeed Victor Paterno, president and CEO of Philippine Seven Corp., doing business as 7-Eleven Convenience Store.

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based Square One Markets was founded in 1971 by Dell’Alba’s father. Its convenience stores are located in five counties across central Pennsylvania. It has 11 stores, with one more coming soon, according to its website.

Dell’Alba has served as NACS treasurer and as vice chairman of the NACS Legislative Committee and Member Services Committee. She has also been a chairman of the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association and a board member of Team Pennsylvania, a non-profit that focuses on the state’s economic development.

Dell’Alba will speak at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 8 at the NACS Show in Las Vegas, according to the show’s online agenda.

Founded in 1961 as the National Association of Convenience Stores, Alexandria, Virginia-based NACS is led by a 30-member board of directors, which includes three retailers from non-North American countries. Board members are elected by the greater NACS membership, and elections are held each fall during the NACS Show, according to NACS.
