Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores has opened two new travel centers, one in Eloy, Arizona, and one in Milan Township, Ohio. With these openings, Love’s is closing out 2025 having opened 18 new locations throughout the year, the company said on Thursday.
This number falls slightly short of the Oklahoma City-based travel stop chain’s goal that it set in January to open 20 new stores in 2025. But, Love’s told CSP Daily News it had several more stores under construction, and that it plans to open four locations and start construction on 10 more in first-quarter 2026.
- Love’s Travel Stops is No. 15 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. convenience-store chains by store count.
“With projects of this size, timelines can vary, and some openings took a bit longer than expected. We’re excited to keep bringing new and refreshed locations to our customers in 2026,” Love’s said.
The travel stop in Eloy is Love’s 18th Arizona location and is along Interstate 10. The 13,978-square-foot store has amenities for professional drivers and four-wheel customers, Love’s said, and it’s near attractions like a skydiving facility and hiking trails. It will have five EV charging stations, funded by the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula program, opening in spring 2026.
This site has 129 truck parking spaces, 58 car parking spaces, 10 bobtail parking spaces, eight diesel bays and five RV parking spaces.
The Milan Township store is Love’s 28th in Ohio, and it’s off of I-90 between Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio. It has space to install EV charging stations “should there be customer demand,” Love’s said. The Ohio location is 15,159 square feet, with 111 truck parking spaces, 73 car parking spaces, eight diesel bays and an RV dump.
Both locations have a Love’s Fresh Kitchen with food like salads, sandwiches and fresh fruit prepared on site daily, Love’s said. The Eloy location also has a Dunkin’ and a Wendy’s, and the Milan Township location has a Hardee’s.
Love’s Travel Stops has 669 locations in 42 states.
