Parker’s Kitchen earlier this month opened the doors to two new Georgia convenience stores located in South Rincon and Hephzibah.

The South Rincon location, at 2991 Old Augusta Rd., opened on Aug. 7, and the Hephzibah store, located at 4102 Windsor Spring Rd., opened Aug. 9.

The new c-stores feature Parker’s “made-from-scratch” food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and other convenience items, including self-checkout.

Parker's, which now operates 92 retail stores in Georgia and South Carolina, said it plans to double the number of stores in the next four years.

The convenience-store chain has a new store under construction in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, in Berkeley County, according to a LinkedIn post from general contractor Gillam & Associates, Aiken, South Carolina, updating the progress of the project.

Earlier this month Parker’s landed a spot on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 2024 ranking of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.

“What an incredible honor for Parker’s Kitchen to be included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in America for 2024 for the seventh time,” Parker’s Kitchen founder and CEO Greg Parker said when the publication released the ranking.

  • Parker Co.’s is No. 86 on CSP’s 2024 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count.

Founded in 1976 as a one-store operation in Midway, Georgia, Parker’s Kitchen boasts more than 90 c-stores and is based in Savannah, Georgia.
