Personnel Moves at Rutter's

Several execs shift within company, between divisions

YORK, Pa. -- The Rutter's companies has just announced several personnel moves.

Patty Chatterdon has transferred from the position of Rutter's Farm Stores training supervisor to that of Rutter's system support manager. Casey Sheehe has joined Rutter's Farm Stores as director of training. Mary Kelkis has joined Rutter's Farm Stores as financial analyst. And William Bolden joined Rutter's Dairy as salesman for Maryland.

The company also recently announced several other personnel changes.

Jo Smith has moved [image-nocss] from Rutter's Farm Stores manager to food quality assurance supervisor. Chuck Moyer has changed from Rutter's Farm Stores manager to training supervisor. Lisa Grim has moved from the position of Rutter's Dairy cost accountant to accounting manager. Debbie Lee has moved from Rutter's Farm Stores manager to western supervisor. And Kim Shultz has changed from Rutter's companies recruitment manager to director of human resources.

Based in Manchester Township, York County, Pa., the family-owned Rutter's companies include Rutter's Farm Stores, which operates 51 convenience stores in York, Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and Lancaster counties; Rutter's Dairy, which serves Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey; and M&G Realty, a real estate holding company. The companies employ more than 1,000 people.
