QuikTrip opened a new store Friday at 55 Progress Place in Springdale, Ohio, near the Interstate 275 and Princeton Pike interchange. The location marks QuikTrip’s seventh Ohio store and its second in the Cincinnati metropolitan area.
“We are excited to continue growing in Ohio and to bring our combination of great food, friendly service, and trusted convenience to the Springdale community,” said QuikTrip Corporate Communications Manager Aisha Jefferson.
The store features a full-service kitchen with fresh, made-to-order meals and grab-and-go options, including QuikTrip’s signature pizza by the slice and roller grill items. The store offers QuikTrip’s on-tap coffee system, with 12 beverage options, including hot and iced lattes made with real milk and freshly ground coffee beans.
QuikTrip’s new location will bring around 24 new jobs to the area, the company said.
The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based retailer said it is already planning more expansion in the state. QuikTrip said additional locations are under construction and scheduled to open later this year in Bowling Green, Fairfield, Hamilton and Wilmington.
