“We are thrilled to welcome Robert to our leadership team,” said Brent Anderson, president of Rhodes Convenience Stores. “Robert’s depth of experience, people-first leadership style, and ability to connect strategy with disciplined execution make him an outstanding fit as we accelerate growth and strengthen our guest experience.”

Prior to his new role, Cisneros spent more than 29 years at Procter & Gamble in various roles and locations within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) company.

“After nearly 30 incredible years of growth, leadership and learning at Procter & Gamble, I’m excited to begin a new chapter as chief operating officer at PAJCO,” Cisneros posted on LinkedIn.

In his new role, Cisneros will oversee daily operations across Rhodes’ more than 30 locations. His focus will include scaling operational capabilities, advancing fuel and retail performance, elevating customer experience, strengthening leadership development across the organization and leading the company’s long-term growth strategy.

“I’m honored to join PAJCO/Rhodes Convenience Stores, a company with a rich history, strong culture, and an incredible team of people,” said Cisneros. “My career has been shaped by inspiring mentors, world-class teams and a deep passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. I look forward to building on that foundation and helping our people, guests and communities thrive as we write the next chapter of Rhodes’ growth story.”
