Rhodes Convenience Stores will have a new president on April 1. Robert Cisneros, who has been COO since July 2025, will now be president of PAJCO Holdings Inc.

PAJCO does business as Rhodes Convenience Stores, Imo’s Pizza restaurants and Riverbend Fuels. Cisneros (pictured below) will succeed Brent Anderson, who will transition to a board member-only role, the company said Tuesday in a news release.

Cisneros has played an instrumental role in strengthening operational execution across the company’s 30-plus locations, Rhodes Convenience Stores said. As president, he’ll continue overseeing daily operations and focus on scaling operational capabilities, advancing fuel and retail performance, elevating customer experience, strengthening leadership development and guiding Rhodes’ long-term growth strategy, the company said.

“We are thrilled to promote Robert to president,” Anderson said. “Robert’s depth of experience, people-first leadership style and ability to connect strategy with disciplined execution make him an outstanding fit as we accelerate growth and strengthen our guest experience.”

Prior to working for Rhodes, Cisneros spent more than 29 years at Procter & Gamble in various roles and locations within the consumer-packaged goods company.

Rhodes was established in 1956 and employees more than 600 people throughout its 33 southeast Missouri and southern Illinois locations. Rhodes provides a vast selection of products, excellent customer service and convenient locations, many with drive-thrus, full-scale restaurant menus and 24-hour service, the company said.
