BALTIMORE — As part of its continuing investment in its employees and as a thank you for all the hard work and dedication they have shown throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, convenience retailer Royal Farms is giving away a new car or $25,000 in cash to one employee.

The employee will be chosen by random drawing at the end of summer. All Royal Farms store employees are eligible for the grand prize, and they can earn entries into the drawing in various ways.

This initiative one of several ways the company is recognizing its employees while also working to attract top talent. The chain recently announced an across-the-board $2 an hour pay increase for all hourly employees, as well as these other incentives, including a $150 monthly attendance bonus, $50 COVIDwellness incentive and $300 referral bonus.

Baltimore-based Royal Farms has more than 240 locations throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
