Rutter’s is bringing happy hour home to Pennsylvania customers.
The York, Pennsylvania-based convenience-store chain launched a "Take Home Your Happy Hour" promotion Monday offering 10% off select beer and wine purchases during designated afternoon and evening hours.

The promotion is available 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 12 to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
“Rutter’s is always looking for new ways to bring value to our customers, and our ‘Take Home Your Happy Hour’ promotion is a great way to do just that,” said Joe Eccker, alcohol category manager at Rutter’s. “Whether you’re stocking up for the weekend or just picking up a bottle of wine for dinner, Rutter’s is excited to bring you savings.”
Last month, Rutter’s opened its 94th store— its second of 2026. The 13,468-square-foot store is located in Bedford, Pennsylvania, at 4517 Business 220 and includes a Rutter’s 1747 Bar & Lounge.
