Sale on the Plains

18 sites in Kansas, Oklahoma put up on the block

CHICAGO -- Eighteen (18) convenience stores with gasoline located in Kansas and Oklahoma have been put up for sale.

Twelve (12) sites are being sold with real estate and six (6) are leased sites being sold business only. Of the 18 sites, 16 are in Kansas (Andover, Dodge City [2], Ellsworth, Garden City [3], Greensburg, Goddard, Hutchinson, Kingman, Peabody, Salina, Sterling and Wichita [2]), and two sites are in Oklahoma (Guymon and Tyrone).

Most of the sites are currently branded Conoco or Phillips 66, but all of the sites will be sold without [image-nocss] gasoline supply agreements.

NRC Realty Advisors LLC (NRC), which has been retained to coordinate the sale of the sites, said that they will be sold through a sealed-bid sale in a buy one, some or all format, with bids due on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005. A complete site list is available online at www.nrc.com/521, or by calling the NRC Customer Service Center at 800-747-3342, Extension 521.

The firm has prepared a color sales brochure and individual property-specific packages (PSP) for each property, which contain store-level information and bidding terms of sale. Packets are $35 for a hard copy and $25 for a CD-ROM. It will conduct a free How-To-Bid Seminar relating to the sale on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2005, at the Wichita Marriott in Wichita, Kansas.

Chicago-based NRC specializes in the accelerated sale of petroleum industry property and commercial real estate throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Clients include major oil companies, such as Sunoco, BP and Shell; c-store chains and franchise and commercial lenders, other retailers and independent retailers and distributors.
