TA Adds Franchise in Kansas

Travel center opens in Buffalo Bill's birthplace

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America (TA) has added a new franchise facility, the former Mitten Truck Stop, in Oakley, Kansasthe birthplace of William Buffalo Bill Codyto its growing network. The full-service travel center is located on Interstate 70 and U.S. 40 at Exit 76.

TA Oakley offers amenities including clean restrooms, diesel fuel and a convenience store. For professional truck drivers, Oakley has been extensively remodeled with a certified scale, new showers, approximately 150 truck parking spaces, a five-bay maintenance repair shop, TA's [image-nocss] RoadKing Club and more.

TravelCenters of America, Westlake, Ohio, is the largest network of full-service travel centers in the country, with 160 sites in 41 states and Canada160 locations are company owned and operated, 11 sites are owned by TA and franchise operated and 11 sites are franchisee owned and operated.
