Terri Micklin, president of GetGo Café + Market, is no longer with the company as part of the pending sale of the business to Alimentation Couche-Tard.
GetGo's Vice President of Operations Mike Maraldo will be leading the business unit moving forward, the company confirmed to CSP.
Supermarket chain Giant Eagle agreed to sell its GetGo convenience stores to Circle K owner Alimentation Couche-Tard in August.
“I want to express how incredibly proud I am of the GetGo team and their remarkable evolution in the convenience store business,” Micklin said in an automatic email reply. “Their relentless drive, innovation and teamwork have positioned them as leaders in the industry. I have every confidence that this talented team will propel Circle K forward in their growth and success.”
Giant Eagle Spokesperson Dan Donovan told CSP Micklin joined Giant Eagle in 2022 to develop and drive GetGo's strategy.
"During her tenure with the organization, Micklin was a key part of the GetGo leadership team, transitioning into her most recent role as executive vice president and president of GetGo in 2023," he said. "She held this position until her departure from Giant Eagle in March 2025 as GetGo prepares for its next chapter. On behalf of everyone at Giant Eagle and GetGo, we thank Terri for everything she has contributed to help build the GetGo business into what it is today, and we wish her the best in her future endeavors."
Donovan said Maraldo has been with Giant Eagle for 33 years.
"He joined the GetGo leadership team three years ago, and in this role, he was instrumental in driving our performance excellence and guest service culture," Donovan said.

Micklin was one of the leaders featured by CSP in the C-Suite in the Hot Seat story in January. At the time, she said she couldn’t comment on whether her role would change with the Couche-Tard acquisition.
As GetGo was going through an immense amount of change, Micklin emphasized the importance of taking time to listen to her team and her customers, and to offer transparency and clarity.
Before GetGo, Micklin was at Wawa for more than 20 years.
