Fuel & Fly Mart, the first on-site convenience store at Tulsa International Airport, has opened, offering fuel, food and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, airport officials said.

The store is owned and operated by TNP Fuels, a business founded by Pete and Tina Patel, co-principals of Promise Hotels LLC. Fuel & Fly Mart is located next to the airport’s cell phone lot at 7805 E. Virgin St. N. and operates 24 hours a day.

“Fuel & Fly Mart was designed to meet a real need in this area, and we’re proud to offer a convenient stop for travelers, employees and our neighboring businesses to fuel up and grab a quality meal,” said Pete Patel.

The site includes a drive-thru, grab-and-go offerings, including fresh deli selections, pizza and chicken.

“The opening of Fuel & Fly Mart is a wonderful addition to the growing amenities we offer at Tulsa International Airport,” said Alexis Higgins, CEO of Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust.

The $5.5 million project was first announced in 2025, airport officials said.
