Convenience-store consulting and services firm W. Capra, Chicago, has added Jeannie Amerson to the team as executive consultant.

Amerson comes to W. Capra from c-store chain Enmarket, Savannah, Georgia, where she was vice president of marketing. In February, convenience-store retailer Nouria Energy, Worcester, Massachusetts, completed its acquisition of Enmarket c-stores from the Colonial Group Inc.

“[Amerson's] deep expertise spans key service areas within the convenience industry, bringing a wealth of hands-on knowledge in areas including digital marketing, loyalty, payments and category management," said Rob Gallo, W. Capra chief strategy and marketing officer.

Amerson brings over 25 years of experience in the convenience-store industry, including at convenience-store chain Circle K. Amerson was at Impact 21, a business transformation firm serving the convenience-store and other industries from March 2019 to June 2022. At Impact 21, which was acquired by W. Capra in 2024, Amerson was a principal consultant and was then promoted to the program manager for digital customer marketing.

“I am thrilled to join the W. Capra team and collaborate with such a dynamic group of professionals,” Amerson said. “I’m eager to contribute my experience as a retailer and consultant to drive meaningful growth and support their continued success.”

The W. Capra team is composed of industry experts who possess deep insight and experience across the industries they serve.
