IRVING, Texas  7-Eleven is rolling out two limited-time vacation-theme hot beverages: coconut coffee and s’mores hot cocoa.

The tropical coconut coffee has become a seasonal summertime favorite at 7-Eleven, bringing a taste of the tropics to a freshly brewed morning wakeup cup or an all-day treat, the company said. The sweet, creamy and coconut-flavored brew is made with 100 percent Arabica beans and offers toasty light-roasted notes.

Meanwhile, those looking for a mountaintop beverage experience can choose s’mores hot cocoa, featuring a blend of rich hot chocolate, sweet vanilla, marshmallow and golden graham flavors. This s’mores hot cocoa brings back summertime memories of sitting around the campfire, only without the smoky clothes smell, 7-Eleven said.

“As we near the end of summer, we know that many Americans are hoping to squeeze in a last minute, well-deserved vacation after a year spent close to home,” said 7-Eleven Proprietary Beverages Senior Product Director Jacob Barnes. “And whether you’re taking a long-awaited road trip or staycationing at home, there’s always a nearby 7-Eleven store with fresh coffee brewing, hot cocoa simmering and hundreds of other drinks, eats and treats available 24/7.”

These limited-time beverages are the same price as any other hot beverage at 7-Eleven, which recently expanded its mobile checkout program. Flavored creamers, syrups, sweeteners and toppings can be added at no extra cost for those who want to customize further.

Based in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven Inc. operates, franchises or licenses more than 72,800 stores in 17 countries, including more than 13,000 in the United States under the 7-Eleven and Speedway banners.
