Convenience-store giant 7-Eleven is tying its latest foodservice deals to the return of school.
“Breakfast is the most important subject of the day for many, and 7-Eleven has the perfect pairing to ace the morning routine,” the Irving, Texas-based chain said. “This back-to-school season, customers can grab any breakfast sandwich and any size coffee for just $5 at participating stores.”
The offer is good through Aug. 26.
- 7-Eleven is No. 1 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count.
In addition, 7-Eleven-owned Mexican restaurant Laredo Taco Company is selling quesadillas for $3 on Aug. 8. Customers can choose from a breakfast quesadilla made on a fresh tortilla filled with eggs, a protein of choice and shredded Monterey and Colby Jack cheese. Or, customers can opt for a lunch quesadilla featuring chicken or beef.
“Back-to-school season is all about fresh starts and new routines, and 7-Eleven is here to make mornings easier,” said William Armstrong, senior vice president of restaurant operations at 7-Eleven. “Our breakfast deals are the ultimate wakeup call, filled with mouthwatering options and quality ingredients that turn even the earliest alarms into a reason to make 7-Eleven their first stop.”
At the Southern-inspired quick-service restaurant (QSR) Raise the Roost, also owned by 7-Eleven, there’s a chicken biscuit featuring a hand-breaded chicken tender on a freshly baked, buttered biscuit and served with hash browns for $3. The offer is good through Aug. 26, as is a $5 bacon, egg and cheese biscuit or croissant, paired with hash browns and a Big Gulp drink or large coffee.
These back-to-school deals come after several summer food and beverage offers tied to summer travel. For example, Knoxville, Tennessee-based Pilot Co. through Sept. 2 is offering an $8 road trip “Fuel Kit” snack box. It includes one small bag of Frito-Lay brand chips, one standard-size candy, one any-size fountain drink and three chicken tenders.
Elsewhere, Westborough, Massachusetts-based EG America has been selling grab-and-go food options with the summer travel season in mind—including a limited-time Cheesy Chicken Fajita Tornado. One is $2.29, with two for $4. Salt Lake City-based Maverik has an 89-cent Fountain Frenzy, and Fort Worth, Texas-based Yesway had a Summer Sips promotion that has ended.
7-Eleven operates, franchises or licenses more than 13,000 convenience stores in the United States and Canada. In addition to 7-Eleven c-stores, 7-Eleven Inc. operates and franchises Speedway and Stripes c-stores and the Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits restaurant brands.
