
Two of 7-Eleven’s restaurants, Speedy Cafe and Laredo Taco Company, now have catering available through Boston-based ezCater at all locations, the Irving, Texas-based convenience-store chain announced Monday.
In addition, nearly all Raise the Roost restaurants are included in the catering program.

Speedy Cafe offers breakfast sandwich boxes, 14-inch pizzas, lunch boxes and salads.
“Whether it’s a morning meeting or a team lunch, the menu delivers familiar favorites in formats that scale beyond the individual order,” 7-Eleven said.
Laredo Taco Company offers made-from-scratch Tex-Mex options, from taco bars and chips and queso to breakfast taco boxes—prepared daily in on-site kitchens.
The Raise the Roost menu includes chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, biscuits, sides and other shareable meal options.
“Together, these offers position 7-Eleven to better serve planned-ahead occasions, complementing the brand’s strength in on-demand delivery through 7Now,” 7-Eleven said. “Catering opens the door to larger group orders and new use cases, giving customers more reasons to turn to 7-Eleven for both everyday needs and group gatherings.
Irving, Texas-based 7-Eleven—known for its Slurpee, Big Bite and Big Gulp brands—operates, franchises or licenses more than 13,000 stores in the United States and Canada. In addition to 7-Eleven, the company operates and franchises Speedway and Stripes c-stores and the Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits restaurant brands. By 2030, Seven & i said it plans to add 1,300 new 7-Eleven stores and 1,100 restaurants to strengthen its food offerings and store network.
