Alltown Fresh has launched its Love Your Breakfast (and Your Heart)! campaign in recognition of February’s Heart Health Month.

Now through Feb. 28, Alltown Fresh locations across the four states where it operates, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York, will donate a portion of proceeds from every Breakfast Power Bowl sold to a local children’s hospital in each state, supporting critical care and the healthcare professionals who serve the region, the convenience-store chain said.

The Breakfast Power Bowl, priced at $7.99, features scrambled cage-free eggs, Little Leaf Farms greens from the Devens, Massachusetts, local grower, farro grain, marinated roasted red peppers, chickpeas and fresh avocado.

  • Global Partners is No. 25 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. convenience-store chains by store count.

The bowl, introduced as a limited-time item in 2025, became the top-performing special of 2025, earning a permanent place on the Alltown Fresh menu and “reflecting Alltown Fresh’s mission to work closely with local producers in response to strong guest demand,” said the convenience-store chain, which is owned by Waltham, Massachusetts-based liquid energy supplier Global Partners.

“At Alltown Fresh, we believe that making healthy choices should be easy, delicious and meaningful,” said Laura Derba, Global Partners’ senior vice president of retail operations. “This campaign allows our guests to fuel their mornings with a nutritious breakfast while also giving back to children’s hospitals and the healthcare workers who dedicate themselves to our communities during the most demanding time of year.”

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide and the greatest health threat to Americans, Alltown Fresh said.

“Heart health month serves as an important reminder to prioritize cardiovascular wellness through mindful food choices and healthy habits,” the company said. “Alltown Fresh supports this mission by offering a variety of better-for-you options in both its kitchen and marketplace, helping guests and their families stay healthy all year long.”

This initiative is part of a broader regional effort, with Alltown Fresh supporting pediatric care across the four states where it operates. Through this initiative, Alltown Fresh is donating to hospital partners including Connecticut Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts, Dartmouth Health Children’s Hospital in New Hampshire and the Bernard and Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center in New York.

Global Partners owns, operates or supplies more than 1,700 retail locations across the Northeast states, the Mid-Atlantic and Texas, of which 353 are company owned. Brands include Alltown Fresh, Honey Farms and XtraMart, among others.
