SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. —Business Accelerator Team, which provides a suite of consulting services including business insight, development and digital marketing expertise in retailing and foodservice, has appointed industry veteran Ed Burcher as partner.
Burcher joins Business Accelerator Team with broad convenience-store industry experience, having held senior operational and foodservice positions with several retailers including Wawa, Petro-Canada and most recently Beck Oil and its FriendShip Stores. He has also had his own consultancy, Burcher Consulting, for the last seven years, specializing in foodservice, convenience, retail and merchandising solutions. Additionally, Burcher has lent his expertise as a speaker and panel member at industry conferences over the years.
