ExtraMile Convenience Stores and Core-Mark in June expanded their relationship, with the Performance Food Group company adding 1,034 c-store locations to its distribution network, Core-Mark said.

Before this expansion, Core-Mark said it serviced about 110 ExtraMile locations. Pleasanton, California-based ExtraMile Convenience Stores is owned by Chevron and Jacksons Food Stores.

  • ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC is No. 9 on CSP’s 2026 Top 202 ranking of convenience-store chains by U.S. store count.

This expanded relationship reflects strong strategic alignment between the two organizations, particularly around foodservice innovation and fresh food offerings, Westlake, Texas-based Core-Mark said on July 9.

“Core-Mark is thrilled to expand our relationship with ExtraMile Convenience Stores and support their continued growth across these unique and dynamic markets,” said Bill Stein, executive vice president of enterprise growth at Core-Mark. “This collaboration reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional service, innovative fresh food solutions and unmatched value to our customers. We look forward to creating meaningful impact for both organizations and the communities these stores serve.”

ExtraMile operates nearly 1,200 locations across 12 states.

Core-Mark’s integrated distribution model allows ExtraMile to benefit from a streamlined, “one-truck” delivery solution, providing both convenience store and foodservice products through a single, efficient supply chain, Core-Mark said.

“Based on our previous agreement with Core-Mark, we are confident that the Core-Mark team will be an excellent strategic partner for ExtraMile, and we look forward to working together to achieve our mutual goals of profitable growth, efficient operations and exceptional service for our stores and our customers,” said Brian Sardelich, president of ExtraMile Convenience Stores.

The ExtraMile store network is made up of 1,197 franchised convenience stores in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
