WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — Cumberland Farms has launched its new Mocha Frozen Cold Brew coffee in about 400 of its convenience stores in New England, New York and Florida.
- Westborough, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms was named one of CSP’s20 Great Coffee Programs for 2019.
The frosty caffeinated beverage contains extract from Cumberland Farms’ Farmhouse Blend coffee beans and is available for 99 cents for both small and large sizes (and $1.29 for an extra-large in Florida).
"We know how popular our Farmhouse Blend iced coffee is and, with the arrival of the warm weather months, we wanted to offer our customers a frozen coffee drink they could enjoy all summer and beyond," said Gwen Forman, senior vice president of marketing for Cumberland Farms. "We hope our customers enjoy the great taste of the Mocha Frozen Cold Brew as they try to beat the heat this summer. In addition to tasting great, it is a tremendous value at 99 cents for a small or a large."
Cumberland Farms’ Farmhouse Blend—which ranks ahead of Dunkin’ in consumer coffee-quality ratings—uses 100% Arabica origin coffee beans. Customers can choose from five coffee varieties: Bogota Sunrise, Colombian Supremo, Farmhouse Blend, Farmhouse Bold and Farmhouse Decaf. At the chain’s flavor stations, coffee consumers can customize their drinks with free flavor shots.
Cumberland Farms has more than 560 c-stores in New England, New York and Florida. It is No. 15 on CSP’s 2019 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by number of retail outlets.
