WEST LAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Dole Fresh Vegetables, a subsidiary of Dole Food Co. Inc., has announced several organizational changes to its marketing and sales areas.
Daryl Johnston will assume the role of director of alternate channels and will be leading the development of the alternative channel business—convenience stores, dollar stores, drug, club and military—for both the fresh vegetables and fresh fruit divisions.

The company has hired Wilfred Chang as sales strategy manager for Canada and Daniel Ivanciw as eastern U.S. sales strategy manager. Both Chang and Ivanciw will work in partnership with consumer marketing, account marketing, and the sales and broker teams to provide analysis, selling strategies and tools to ensure the division exceeds annual sales and profitability targets.

And Tifanie Norton has been promoted to Wal-Mart replenishment team manager and will be overseeing all of the replenishment activities for West Lake Village, Calif.-based Dole Fresh Vegetables and the associated Wal-Mart account team.
