Buffalo, New York-based Rich Products’ new fully finished Microbite Donuts come in packs of 12 in a clamshell case. Options include chocolate, berry and classic. There also are fully finished cinnamon rolls, which come in packs of four, six or eight.
Rollers are a new roller-grill option from Buffalo, New York-based Rosina Food Products. The Big Italian features beef and pork infused with Italian herbs, Romano cheese and breadcrumbs. The Cheeseburger has beef and chicken blended with cheddar cheese. It’s seasoned with bold grill spices “for that fresh-off-the-griddle taste,” the company said. Each has 14 to 16 grams of protein.
The Pretzel Bites from Cincinnati-based Ditsch feature a patented design process to keep the authentic flavor and texture of a Bavarian soft pretzel. The company also sells pretzel twists and sticks.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Atlanta, has new boneless chicken nuggets with white meat and a dill flavor profile—versus the company’s usual Cajun flavor. The nuggets appeal to kids who might not want chicken with the bone, the company said. The product was a winner in CSP’s Retailer Choice Best New Product Contest.
Talerico Bakery, Summit, Illinois, sells grab-and-go cups of various doughnut holes. Options include powdered, glazed old fashioned, glazed blueberry old fashioned, glazed chocolate old fashioned and glazed cherry old fashioned.
Cargill’s Brunch Burger, which c-stores assemble themselves, is “a craveable mashup” featuring a 100% beef patty, a fried egg patty, American cheese and spicy mayo—all nestled in a King’s Hawaiian bun. Cargill is based in Wayzata, Minnesota.
Alive & Kickin’ Pizza Crust, Green Bay, Wisconsin, sampled this Truffle Mushroom and Sausage pizza on one of its signature crusts. Alive & Kickin’ sells a variety of pizza crusts, fully topped pizzas, fully prepared sauces, dough balls and more.
