Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based ACP’s Xpress Chef MXP is a high-speed combination oven. It features four heat sources: impingement, convention, infrared and microwave. It accommodates a 14-inch pizza, is stackable and includes a True-Touch high-definition touchscreen. It also supports 25 languages and is certified for ventless cooking. The MRX version is smaller, less wide and also stackable.
Qingdao, China-based Dashang’s Lumina plug-in multideck upright fridge includes panoramic glass ends, an intelligent temperature controller, surrounding air-cooling to maintain temperatures, adjustable shelves with LED light and more. Three sizes are available.
St. Louis-based Duke’s ReadyFlex holding units are ideal for proteins and fresh products, the supplier said. They come in several configurations and are stackable. A color-coded graphical interface features a first-in, first-out system to help reduce food waste. Each unit has multiple heat zones.
The Miami-based La Spaziale S21 Take Away Chrono espresso machine makes espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and more. The machine is stainless steel and not made with plastic. The Cool Touch Steam Wand system keeps the outer surface thermally insulated, allowing the operator to safely touch the wands during and after use without the risk of burn, the supplier said. Pictured on the right is the Mac 80 coffee grinder.
Spokane Valley, Washington-based Lloyd Pans’ pizza slice warmer features ridges that allow hot air to flow underneath the slices. The warmer, which is made out of aluminum, doesn’t chip, flake or peel, the supplier said. There are no PTFEs nor PFOAs. It can be washed by hand, is stick-resistant, comes in more than one size and is metal-utensil safe.
