Natasha Ratzlaff is the new senior director, culinary innovation and category strategy, at Global Partners.

“Natasha’s background provides another layer of experience and expertise that further build out a best-in-class food and beverage team,” Reid Lamberty, senior communications advisor at Global Partners, told CSP. “She will work on a team that continues to disrupt both the industry and our guest’s perception of convenience stores and what they deem ‘standard’ in food and beverage. Natasha’s first day on the job was July 12.”

Ratzlaff joins Global Partners, Waltham, Massachusetts, after nearly a decade at Des Moines, Iowa-based Kum & Go, which was acquired by Salt Lake City-based Maverik in 2023.

Ratzlaff is the second Kum & Go employee this year, after Jac Moskalik, to leave for Global Partners, which supplies and operates convenience stores and gas stations under several retail brands, including Alltown Fresh, Honey Farms and XtraMart. Moskalik in February became Global Partners’ vice president of culinary services and innovation.

“After almost 10 years at Kum & Go, I am excited to be starting a new adventure with the highly talented food team at Global Partners LP and Jac Moskalik!” Ratzlaff wrote on LinkedIn. “I will greatly miss all the amazing people I’ve worked with over this last decade. The people really were what made Kum & Go great. Cheers to the many years and memories made along the way!”

From 2019 until her departure from Kum & Go, Ratzlaff was director category management for food, according to her LinkedIn profile. She led strategic business decisions and the category management team related to all foodservice categories, which had $110 million in annual sales at more than 400 stores.

Prior to that, she was retail category manager from 2017 to 2019.

Global Partners owns, leases or supplies almost 1,700 locations across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, of which 353 are company operated.
