Good Oil Debuts 30-Seconds-or-Less Coffee

New bean-to-cup machine features a touchscreen experience and a drip-style flavor profile

WINAMAC, Ind. — Convenience-store and fuel retailer Good Oil Co. has pivoted to bean-to-cup coffee operations with the launch of its new Fast Cup coffee machine.

The Fast Cup coffee brewer features a touchscreen experience and a drip-style flavor profile. It accommodates larger cup sizes and delivers coffee in about 30 seconds. The brewer is manufactured by dispensed-beverage equipment producer, Bunn-O-Matic Corp., Springfield, Ill.

The Fast Cup will ensure that every customer enjoys a hot, fresh cup of coffee regardless of the daypart or flavor, Good Oil said.

"We feel that the new Bunn Fast Cup machines is not only a great fit for our business, but will also provide an even greater value to our customers and their overall coffee buying experience," said Don Good, president and CEO of Good Oil.

Founded in 1957, Bunn-O-Matic has a portfolio that includes a home brewer collection and a full line of dispensed beverage commercial solutions, such as coffee and iced tea brewers; automatic espresso machines; coffee bean grinding systems; cold and hot beverage dispensers; gourmet ice systems; temperature water systems; paper filters; and more.

Winamac, Ind.-based Good Oil was founded by Don O. Good Sr. in 1941. The company operates 16 convenience stores in Indiana and Illinois under the Good To Go retail brand. The sites also offer fuel under the BP, CITGO, Marathon and Phillips 66 brands.
