MILWAUKEE —Hatco Corp. has appointed PB&J Commercial Agents Inc. as its manufacturer representative. The Chicago-based firm will cover the foodservice equipment company’s Chicago metropolitan area.
The partnership follows an exhaustive search for the representation of Hatco’s Manufacturers’ Agents Association for the Foodservice Industry Region 17, according to the company. For nearly four decades, The Jay Mark Group represented the area for Hatco.
P.J. Lamb and Carl Boutilier launched PB&J Commercial Agents in 2015. The company’s test kitchen is in Hillside, Ill.
Hatco Corp. is a 100% employee-owned company based in Milwaukee. The manufacturer specializes in holding, warming, toasting and heating equipment for the foodservice and retail industries.
