Henny Penny Appoints Corporate Chef

Will support culinary operations at company’s events

EATON, Ohio —Henny Penny has hired a new corporate chef. Nikki Heaton will join the foodservice equipment supplier’s brand team in Eaton, Ohio.

In her new role, Heaton will help create culinary experiences at the company’s customer and partner visits, technical training appointments and other events.

Heaton comes to Henny Penny from Michelin North America, where she prepared meals for employees and customers such as celebrity chef Curtis Duffy and actor Keanu Reeves. She has also held roles at BMW, Furman University and Amelia Island Plantation.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Nikki as part of the Henny Penny team,” said Ben Leingang, Henny Penny corporate executive chef. “Her hospitality experience will be a perfect complement to our culinary team. She’ll be huge in bringing advice, education and entertainment to our customers and guests.”

Heaton earned a bachelor’s degree in foodservice management and an associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I.
