Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is adding its order ahead service to more than 130 Carl’s Jr. locations at its travel centers across the country.
Customers can order ahead from their mobile device using the Love’s Connect app. They can explore the menu on their phone, specify a pick-up time (up to one hour ahead) and pay online, Love’s said. When their order is ready, they can collect it from a restaurant team member.

“Love’s new order ahead option enhances the overall dining experience by ensuring customers get their orders quickly and accurately,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of food service for Love’s. “We’re committed to continually investing in our customers’ experience, and order ahead is a big step in that direction.”
The order ahead service is powered by Bite, Love’s said. The Oklahoma City-based company also partnered with Bite for order ahead at Arby’s locations in its travel centers, and it added touch screen kiosks at its Arby’s locations.
To celebrate the launch of the order ahead service in Carl’s Jr. restaurants, Love’s Connect app users who use order ahead for the first time can get a free Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger with a $10 minimum purchase through Aug. 10.
Love’s is also working to add order ahead options to additional restaurants like Hardee’s, Bojangles and Taco John’s. Love’s partners with nearly 20 QSRs total—and it's slated to add Whataburger later this year.
Love’s has 661 travel stops and convenience stores in 42 states. At the start of the year, it said it planned to add 20 new travel stops in 2025.
