Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores has partnered with Bite to install smart kiosks in Arby’s restaurants across the country. The tablet-like touch screen kiosks allow customers to place their food orders quickly, improving order accuracy and reducing operational costs, the Oklahoma City-based retailer said.

“These kiosks empower customers with more control, faster service and a more personalized interaction with the brands they love, reinforcing Love’s commitment to putting the guest experience first,” said Nick Bouse, director of food service for Love’s.

The kiosks are ADA compliant and support ordering in both English and Spanish. The menus on the kiosks offer images of all the items, and also suggest limited-time promotions and deliver recommendations, Love’s said.

  • Love’s Travel Stops is No. 15 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. convenience-store chains by store count.

The kiosks also integrate with Love’s existing technology, including the point-of-sale system, the loyalty rewards program and order ahead in the Love’s Connect app. My Love’s Reward members can input their information at checkout for added benefits.

“This technology doesn’t just improve the guest experience—it transforms our operations. By streamlining the ordering process, our team members can dedicate more time to food preparation, optimizing the customer experience and driving loyalty,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of food service for Love’s. “It’s another way Love’s helps customers get back on the road quickly.”

Love’s plans to bring the Bite kiosks to additional quick-service restaurant (QSR) concepts this year. The chain has an Arby’s at 112 of its travel centers. It partners with nearly 20 QSRs total—and it's slated to add Whataburger later this year.

Love’s has 661 travel stops and convenience stores in 42 states. At the start of the year, it said it planned to add 20 new travel stops in 2025.

Bite, New York, is an intelligent kiosk order software company for QSRs and c-stores.
