KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Pilot Co. will launch Jumbo Breakfast Burritos and fish sandwiches at select locations on Feb. 26.

The burritos will debut at 300 stores in smoked beef brisket and chicken varieties. They will also contain scrambled eggs, tater tots, a blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses and fire-roasted peppers and onions. Pilot is also bringing back the fish sandwich, which will return to 270 locations.

Both products apply to Pilot’s 25% off deli food exclusive professional driver deal through March 1. To receive the offer, drivers must download and use the updated Pilot mobile app. The rereleased app now features landscape mode supported on mobile devices and tablets and can be translated in full Spanish.

Pilot offers a variety of premium foodservice options through its PJ Fresh Marketplace. Traditional items include pizza, burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal, while more unique items include tomato basil soup, chicken tender salads and a special chef’s salad. The company offers the nutritional information, including calories and protein, fat and sugar content, for every item through its website.

Knoxville, Tenn.-based Pilot Co. is No. 12 on the Top 40 update to CSP’s 2019 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by number of retail outlets. CSP will release the complete 2020 list in June.
